1. Data controller

The data controller is SimpleBudget S.r.l., a single-member company (CRP Service brand), with registered office at Viale della Scienza 40, 36100 Vicenza (VI), Italy, VAT no. and tax code 04240120248, represented by its Sole Director Giorgio Crippa; email info@crpservice.it, phone +39 0444 1831200.

2. Data processed

Browsing data. During normal operation, the IT systems running the site collect some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (for example IP addresses, browser type, time of the request). They are used only to ensure the site works properly and securely.

Data provided voluntarily. When you fill in the contact form you give us your name, email and, optionally, company, phone number and the content of your message.

Your IP address is also used, in encrypted (hashed) form, to limit repeated form submissions (maximum 5 every 10 minutes).

Whether providing data is mandatory. Fields marked with * are required for us to reply; the others are optional.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Replying to requests sent through the contact form and providing information or quotes (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(a) – consent).
• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).

4. Methods and retention

Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Requests are kept for 24 months from the last contact if no contract follows; if a contract is signed, for 10 years to meet civil and tax obligations (Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code). Browsing data is kept for the technical period set by the hosting provider.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by suppliers supporting the controller (for example hosting and email services), appointed as data processors. If your request concerns accounting, management control or consulting, data may be shared with CRP Consulting so that we can reply to you. Data is not disclosed to the public.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@crpservice.it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
